An incredibly spoiling hotel.  Every detail has been thought of to make you stay wonderful – without being over the top.  What a treat!  Stunningly designed, staff really helpful and friendly.  Sea was a little rough.  We had planned to do lots in the local area, but having been travelling for ten days in the end just stayed put for  our last three days, enjoying the hotel.  Great base from where to visit Galle – only 10km away.

Very spacious and luxurious rooms.  Food was adequate, but not as good as some of the other places we stayed.  Excellent service.

Paradise. Fantastic huge rooms of incredibly high standard with large outdoor area and personal jacuzzi. Made to feel extremely welcome and did not want to leave.

A gorgeous hotel where someone has paid a lot of attention to detail regarding the look of the place and the facilities offered. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. The room was outstanding and immaculate. Hot water would be advisable for the outside plunge pool/Jacuzzi.

A very beautiful boutique hotel where no request is too much trouble for the staff who are attentive but not intrusive. Expensive but the food and ambience are worth it.

A small hotel rather than a ‘home from home’ environment the staff at Aditya are so friendly and helpful that a personal feeling is achieved nonetheless.  The beach is idyllically quiet but has a break that makes surfing fun but swimming only for the bold.  However there is a lovely pool and its the perfect place to relax.  Neighbouring Hikkaduwa offers several dive centres and surf rental but other water sports are limited.

The Aditya was a fabulous experience – everything was done to a very high standard without being ‘too done’.  Although the staff were extremely professional at all times, the atmosphere was very comfortable and laid back – none of the stiffness of some of the more ‘grand’ hotels.  The rooms were all fantastic, individual and spacious – we were staying for 7 nights and were offered a different room half way through our stay, which had the benefit of a better view.  Food was also of a very good standard with enough variety.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, so intimate.  The food is fantastic especially the breakfasts.  You’ll probably have the whole beach to yourself.  Go for a walk along the train line and meet some of the local villagers.  You can easily access Hikkadua and Unawatuna from here.
